Views: 2305 Refund PolicyFINRG Recordings quarantees refund as stated in Finnish and EU legislation. GOODSIf the Customer cancels a service and applies for a refund before the service is delivered, the Customer will receive a full refund. If Customer is not satisfied in delivered product the Customer must apply for a refund within 14 days of delivery and return the product in original state before the price is credited back to the Customer. Return delivery costs from outside Finland are paid by the Customer and will not be credited. Return delivery costs from Finland are free of charge. Loss or damage during shipping for deliveries outside Finland will only be covered for trackable orders. All trackable orders and all orders within Finland are 100% quaranteed and covered with full refund. All requests for cancellations of service must be in writing, via email to helpdesk@finrg.com or via mail to: ITEMS RECEIVED BY DOWNLOADIf the Customer cancels a service and applies for a refund before the service is delivered, the Customer will receive a refund. IF a DIGITAL MEDIA FILE IS SUCCESSFULLY DOWNLOADED THERE IS NO REFUND. If the Customer is unable to successfully complete AND Applies within FOURTEEN (14) calendar days of the initiation of the transaction a full refund of the purchase price will be credited to the users account.
