Although having produced music for more than 10 years Alek Száhala is a relatively new name in the international scene. Still he has truely been one of the key players in the recent developement of the new wave of Finnish Hard Dance. He has been voted two times for 4th best artist / producer in Finnish Club Awards (2003 and 2004), both times only few votes after Carbon Based while the first and second prizes went to the mainstream / trance artists.

Best known for their highly energetic appearances, Carbon Based leaves no one cold when it comes to Live PAs. They have performed in most of Finland's popular events like Säde, Koneisto, Movement, FINRG Tour and Rush. During the last few years Carbon Based has performed in more than 50 events. Their international debut took place in December 2003 in Elation Christmas Carnage, London. In July 2004 Carbon Based did an Australian mini-tour with appearances in Hard Kandy, Melbourne and on the main arena of the massive Winter Enchanted, Adelaide. In addition to the live PAs, DJ gigs are also done on a regular basis by Ari as E-nrg, Toni as Big Mistake and Teemu as Drumhead.

Within last few years Ville Sorsa aka DJ Rx has become a important figure in the international hard dance scene. Hailing from Finland this twenty-something DJ, producer and label manager of FINRG Recordings has made a huge impact with his performances and music in both Finnish and international freeform scene.

Ari Virtanen (aka E-NRG) has been DJing seriously since late 90s, when he purchased a pair of 1200s and spent all his money on vinyls. Since then he has already played in dozens of events in all the major cities of Finland, alongside all top national DJs and some international guests. He has played abroad once in London and twice in Australia.

Epyx & Cyrez's music has elements from Cyrez`s style blended with Epyx`s beautiful melodies and progressive beats. With every new track, they are always trying to create some new and weird solutions to make the audience go wild.

Kimon Kukulis, who moved to Finland from Greece in 1991, became interested in electronic music when he was still rather young. He started producing his first tracks around 1997, producing different varieties of break-pop until he heard mixtapes made by DJ Neon. After a few changes he found 'his own thing' and started using the artist name Nomic. His style became what he has always loved most in music. Nomic's music is easiest to recognize from the energy, melancholic melodies and powerful crescendos.

In the early 2004 the Finnish scene witnessed the forthcoming of a fresh hard dance act called Pain on Creation. Out of the blue their track 'Lush' had jumped straight to Dj Proteus's powerplay and was signed to FINRG Recordings to be released on the next FINRG Hard vinyl. Eventually it became one of the most certain floorfillers of '04. The Second big hit was the track called ‘Make me real’ made collaboration with young mastermind Nomic. Although 'Lush' is probably their most recognized song the duo has stayed active and signed tracks to a number of labels including Camel Records and Electronic.

Proteus has gained the respect to be called Finland's most known Hard Dance DJ. Proteus has been DJ'ing for 10 years in his home country, where he first started to play at free underground parties. The biggest achievement for Proteus so far in his career has been the Hard Dance Awards 2004, where he was voted "Best Hard Dance DJ" in the world by clubbers all around the globe, leaving such legendary names as Lisa Lashes and Yoji Biomehanika behind him. In the DJ Mag`s 2004 Top 100 DJ list, Proteus was votednumber 90 and made history in becoming the first Finnish artist making it to the Top 100 DJ list alongside Darude.

Re-form was founded in the year 2001 by two brothers, Antti (Cloud-C) and Lasse (Laz). They had both had several years of experience in music making, and electronic music has always been close to their hearts.

Re-form's energetic live acts can be seen all around Finland, and hopefully also abroad in the near future. Re-form has played live in big clubs and events such as Säde, Impulse, Loco, Fury, Finrg Tour and Movement.

Mikko Virtanen a.k.a. VJ Move has become well known by the Finnish clubbers already since the beginning of the millennium. His energetic and unique visuals have been part of various clubs and events throughout the years including also events such as the Rush and Säde. During the last three years VJ Move has taken part into the annual FINRG tour, and in the winter 2006 VJ Move was signed to the FINRG label.
